On the top of the screen there is a menu bar - click on "Store".
Once in the store click on the product you'd like to subscribe to (Ex: Bio-Heal Probiotic Powder).
On the product webpage you will be given the option for a "one-time purchase" or "Subscribe & Save”.
Take a moment to read the subscription details.
If you would like to proceed with auto-renewal, select the "Subscribe & Save" option.
Next, select how frequently you would like the product to auto-renew.
Click the "ADD TO CART" button.
Click the "PROCEED TO CHECK OUT” button.
Next, you will create an account. In the top left of the screen enter your email address and create a password.
Creating an account will allow you to access your subscription and manage your account and product details at any time.
Then enter your shipping address, verify your order, and enter your credit card information.
You will receive an email notification with information regarding your first subscription order, exclusive offers included in our Subscribe and Save Program, as well as a direct link to access your account.

Once logged in, click on Upcoming Orders on the left to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions. To skip a delivery you can click Skip to the right of each one.
3.Add a Product to Your Subscription
Once logged in, select the Subscriptions tab, then click Manage Subscriptions. This will open a view where you can view and edit your current subscription(s). Under the header, "Toss these in," you can browse and select additional Subscribe & Save products to add to your upcoming deliveries. Hover over the image to "Add subscription" of the underlying product. You may also choose the frequency and first shipment date.
4.Cancel your Subscription
In order to cancel a subscription, you will first need to login to the Customer Portal. When you first subscribed to your order, you should have received an email with your personal Customer Portal link. Click on this link and you will be redirected to your Customer Portal where you can manage all of your subscriptions - including cancellation!
Once you are in the Customer Portal, you will click the Subscriptions tab on the left-hand side. At the bottom of this page, there is a button titled, "Cancel Subscription".
Please make sure to select your reason for canceling, or your request will not be processed. We're always looking for ways to improve our products, website, and customer service and we appreciate your feedback.
You will receive an email notification once your cancellation has been processed.
