Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at MyAllStarNutrition.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Domestic and International Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping costs are flat fees.

Domestic USPS shipping is $4.95, delivery in 3 business days.

International Shipments

Here are the current estimated delivery times:

Canada Orders: Deliveries will arrive in 5-7 days.
UK and Australia Orders: Deliveries will arrive in 7-10 days.

Here are the DHL Global Mail handoffs for final delivery to your residence.
UK: Royal Mail
CA: Canada Post
AU: Australia Post

All shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

International shipping via DHL Global Mail is $8.95, delivery between 5-10 days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Check the tracking number that has been provided. If there are further questions email support@allstarnutrition.com. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

MyAllStarNutrition.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. International shipments to United Kingdom, Australia and Canada.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your shipping label is created containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 1-2 business days.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

MyAllStarNutrition.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Damages 

MyAllStarNutrition.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
